Our topic for this video will be the wonderful good news of Revelation, and the eternal science of our Creator’s plan of salvation.

The first three chapters of Genesis begin by introducing us to God’s painful experience.

It starts by relaying how God’s adversary cunningly deceives Eve, and through her, captures Adam. After leading him to transgress the Creator’s divine order, the tempter ushered in his reign of death and took this world ransom.

Consequently, the last three chapters of the book of Revelation, ends the story by telling us how God will eradicate the sin problem and destroy his adversary, along with his followers.

While everything in between speaks of God’s plan of redemption.

But, what is redemption? That's what we are going to discuss on this video.

The “Villain” of the Drama of Revelation

In this study we are going to discuss the shocking facts of our bitterest enemy. Click here to download the PDF and follow along with the video.

The book of Revelation unveils the enemy’s strategy to ensnare and ruin the world. Since the beginning, His plan has been to steal the seat of Christ and usurp the honor and glory due to the Creator.

As we briefly review the book of Revelation we can gleam the following:

There’s a terrifying conflict in the spiritual world taking place and we are the loot.

Jesus, as the Son of God, and Co-Creator with the Father, has been leading the forces of good against evil, by revealing the love of the Father to us. His tactics are based on the fruits of the spirit which consist of love, courage, wisdom, kindness, patience, integrity, gentleness, serenity, sympathy, compassion, tact and geniality. This is why Jesus is worthy of our worship and praise, because He is our Redeemer and our Creator.

Conversely, the enemy leading the forces of evil, uses relentless and devastating tactics when assaulting Jesus and His people.

According to the book of Revelation the devil is militant, venomous, and heartless. His hateful and unscrupulous, self-centered assaults are designed to obliterate the knowledge of God from our minds, and lead those who forfeit the protection of God into worshipping him, the creature, rather than the Creator.

The sobering fact is we are designed to worship. This is why idolatry is so rampant in the world, because in the beginning, the Creator designed us for His glory. Without the knowledge of God we’ll end up worshipping ourselves, a thing, or a false ideology, giving homage to Satan.

After Jesus' resurrection He appeared to His disciples on the way to Emmaus, and in Luke 24:27 it says that, "beginning at Moses and all the prophets, He expounded unto them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself."

It was in God's purpose to enlighten the understanding of His disciples, and to ensure their faith was fastened on the "sure word of prophecy."

Ellen White says that Jesus "wished [for] the truth to take firm root in their minds, not merely because it was supported by His personal testimony, but because of the unquestionable evidence presented by the symbols and shadows of the typical law...

Including the prophecies of the Old Testament.

It is necessary for us to have an intelligent faith, for the purpose of sharing the knowledge of our crucified Savior to the world.

And the very first step of this journey is to study what has been written concerning Jesus in the Scriptures, starting with "Moses and all the prophets."

The testimony of our risen savior is so valuable that He ensured we understood the importance of the Old Testament Scriptures.

And get this, The Father is so kind, He's such a loving GOD that He has designed the prophetic writings, specifically for our benefit.

He gave us Christ as our Redeemer, and the Lamb slained. Then He gave us The Holy Spirit as the regenerating agent responsible for protecting us from the power of evil.

In the book Evangelism, EGW says that: "The prince of the power of evil can only be held in check by the power of God in the third person of the Godhead, the Holy Spirit." Special Testimonies, Series A, No. 10, Pg. 37, 1897. (Ev. 617.2).

Because bible prophecy confirms that Jesus was the true Messiah, we are going to start looking into these things. Over 500 years before Jesus was born of Mary, Daniel was given an amazing prophecy which predicted the exact year Jesus was to appear as the Messiah.

On this video, we are going to study this amazing prophecy.
This is the final video on the series of the Star of the drama of Revelation. In this video we're going to cover the 70 week prophecy of Daniel 9:26-27.

Before we start talking about time prophecies we need to understand who God is. It's imperative to understand the origin and power of Jesus. In this brief presentation, we are going to explore what the Bible says about Jesus' existence before His birth in Bethlehem.

Welcome to the conversation, today we're going to discuss the Godhead. What's so cool about this video is that Andre shares his testimony. You have to hear what he has to say. May God bless you and yours.

Notes:

"There are three living persons of the heavenly trio; in the name of these three great powers—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—those who receive Christ by living faith are baptized, and these powers will cooperate with the obedient subjects of heaven in their efforts to live the new life in Christ." (Evangelism, 615. 7ABC 441.9)

"The Godhead was stirred with pity for the race, and the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit gave themselves to the working out of the plan of redemption." (Counsels on Health, 222. 7ABC 442.1)

Matthew 1:21 tells us that His name is Jesus, because He is the Saviour. He pledged His blood to atone for the sins of the world on the cross.

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
(John 3:16)

"The mystery of the cross explains all other mysteries. In the light that streams from Calvary the attributes of God which had filled us with fear and awe appear beautiful and attractive. Mercy, tenderness, and parental love are seen to blend with holiness, justice, and power. While we behold the majesty of His throne, high and lifted up, we see His character in its gracious manifestations, and comprehend, as never before, the significance of that endearing title, “Our Father.”" (GC 652.1)

Jesus is worthy to redeem us because He was the Lamb that was slain. Jesus is the only One worthy to open the book!

NOTE: The title "Lamb", referring to Jesus, is used 26 times in Revelation. Jesus is clearly the Lamb of God John 1:29. In Old Testament times, lambs were sacrificed when people sinned. These lambs typified Jesus, who took the people's sins and died as our atonement. Jesus, the Lamb of God, died on Calvary in our place and for our sins. Through Jesus we are set free. No wonder the people of Revelation 5 cried out "worthy is the lamb that was slain". Revelation 5:9.

"𝑆𝑎𝑦𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑎 𝑙𝑜𝑢𝑑 𝑣𝑜𝑖𝑐𝑒, 𝑊𝑜𝑟𝑡ℎ𝑦 𝑖𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐿𝑎𝑚𝑏 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑠𝑙𝑎𝑖𝑛 𝑡𝑜 𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑒𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝑝𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑟, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑟𝑖𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑠, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑤𝑖𝑠𝑑𝑜𝑚, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑔𝑡ℎ, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 ℎ𝑜𝑛𝑜𝑢𝑟, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑔𝑙𝑜𝑟𝑦, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑏𝑙𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑔." (Revelation 5:12)

As the ransomed ones are welcomed to the City of God, there rings out upon the air an exultant cry of adoration. The two Adams are about to meet. The Son of God is standing with outstretched arms to receive the father of our race—the being whom He created, who sinned against his Maker, and for whose sin the marks of the crucifixion are borne upon the Saviour's form. As Adam discerns the prints of the cruel nails, he does not fall upon the bosom of his Lord, but in humiliation casts himself at His feet, crying: “Worthy, worthy is the Lamb that was slain!” Tenderly the Saviour lifts him up and bids him look once more upon the Eden home from which he has so long been exiled.
